Campground Amenities and Pricing
When we created Squawk and Skedaddle Campground, we envisioned a place that we would like to visit and live - and in fact, our family does live on the property adjacent to the campground. We enjoy nature, relaxation, and a peaceful visit with our family. We have designed our park and campground amenities with these goals in mind.
The campground is located on 10 mostly wooded acres - the 10 RV spots are located on the front three acres in front of the seasonal creek (anything more than 2-3 inches will fill it up a little). Behind the creek there are over six acres of wooded tent sites and trails - continually in development.
Please note, cell phone coverage is sufficient to get calls in most areas of the park, but your data reception may vary. All RV sites include water/electricity/sewer and shared wifi (10 mbps).
So far, T-Mobile and At&t have gotten good reviews on the property, as well as Google Fi. We cannot make any promises about connectivity, but hope you enjoy the calm and relaxing atmosphere! There are several coffee shops and restaurants in Schulenburg that have wifi, so you won't have to do without completely in a pinch.
In the future, we plan to add a small coffee shop, community area, showers, and washing machines.
Pricing - RV Spaces
Our RV spaces can accommodate RVs up to 35-40' in length depending on the site. When booking online, you can select the specifics of your RV and various options so that you get the spot and can best fit your RV. All RV sites include water/electricity/sewer.
Daily rates - $45
Weekly rates $100

Monthly rates start at $250/month plus electric costs. Contact us directly if you are interested in a monthly stay.
We welcome a mix of daily, weekly, and monthly rentals. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions prior to booking.
